Founded in 2025, Core FRA Solutions builds on over 17 years of experience in facilities and property management across both the public and private sectors. Led by Director Chris Core, we specialise in Fire Risk Assessments, Fire Door Surveys, Block Statutory Compliance Consultancy, Portable Appliance Testing, and office and General Health & Safety Risk Assessments.

Based in Plymouth, Britain’s Ocean City, we proudly support clients throughout Devon and Cornwall. Our strong local roots mean we understand the buildings, communities, and challenges unique to the region, and we value long-term relationships with the people we work alongside.

Our mission is simple: to help Landlords, Letting Agents, Block Management Agents, and local Businesses achieve compliance through practical, proportionate, and cost-effective solutions, without ever compromising on safety, quality, or legal obligations.
